Inspired by her time spent living with the Bedouins in the Sinai Desert and the ancient cultures of Morocco, Ethiopia, Tibet and India, designer Alex Guest began Rubyteava in the early nineties. Beginning in the markets of Greece and Isreal, Alex crafted distinctive pieces for the European market.
Since returning to her birthplace in Melbourne in 1998, Alex has continued to develop unique pieces for the urban fashion markets. She now supplies a number of outlets around Australia and New Zealand.
