EXPRESS SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

  • Blondies Boutique offers Express Postage as an option on orders within Australia, sent via Australia Post.
  • A flat rate of $15.90 applies to Express Post deliveries to Australian locations.
  • This service requires a signature upon delivery, please ensure you are available to collect the item or alternatively, Australia Post will leave a card and take the item to your local post office.

    Returns/Exchanges

    • Blondies Boutique offer exchange,a credit note (valid for 6 months) or refund on any items you aren’t happy with.
    • If you wish to return your purchase for an exchange, credit or refund please contact Blondies Boutique at info@blondiesboutique.com.au within seven (7) days of receiving the package.
    • Blondies Boutique is committed to providing the highest quality products to our customers. We thoroughly check all goods prior to delivery, however in the unlikely case your item is faulty, Blondies Boutique will replace the item for you.
    • In the case that replacement of a faulty item is not possible, you can choose another item of equal value.
    • In the case that there is no suitable replacement Blondies Boutique will refund the cost of the faulty item.
    • Blondies Boutique do not offer returns, refunds credit notes or exchanges on sale items.
    • Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from delivery date.
    • Returned items must be sent via Australia Post to the following address:

    • All items must then be returned to us in original condition with all tags attached and the accompanying invoice and must not have been worn, altered or washed.
    • Blondies Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
    • Credits notes are valid for six(6) months only from the date of purchase. After this period has elapsed, credit notes become null and void.
    • Blondies Boutique accepts no responsibility for shipping costs relating to exchanges or returns and these charges will be paid in full by the customer.
    • Where a return from the customer to Blondies Boutique is not delivered, it is the responsibility of the customer to bear any losses as a result of the lost package, therefore, it is essential that all returns are sent back to Blondies Boutique via registered post with tracking facilities.
    • Blondies Boutique will refund shipping costs for all items returned as a result of our error or damaged/faulty merchandise, providing the returned items are found to meet with our returns policy requirements.

    • Purchases made via www.blondiesboutique.com.au do not qualify for points or other promotions offered via the in store loyalty program.
    • Blondies Boutique may from time to time offer promotions, discounts and other programs for online purchases only.
    • Online promotions, discounts or other programs offered to customers using the online service are not available in conjunction with the loyalty program offered to in store customers or with any other promotion.
    • Online promotions, discounts or other programs offered to customers using the online service are offered according to the terms and conditions of each promotion published at the time of the promotion.
